is an illustrator, children’s book author, and comic artist based in Prague, Czech Republic. She studied Illustration and Book Design at UMPRUM in Prague under the guidance of Juraj Horváth. She draws, designs comics and books, works with watercolors, airbrush, risography, is a tattoo artist, and much more. Lucie Lučanská works as a freelancer, frequently shifting between various media and technologies. She passionately creates travel sketchbooks and meticulously keeps a diary. Her books explore themes of nature, kindness, and medieval magic, and are aimed at both children and adults.
